Difference Between the Pressed Oil and Leaching Oil
When it comes to cooking oils, there are many different types available on the market. Two of the most common types are pressed oil and leaching oil. While both of these oils can be used for cooking, they differ in terms of their processing technology, nutrition ingredients, and requirements for materials.
1. Different processing technology
The processing technology of pressed oil belongs to physical pressing method while the processing technology of extraction oil belongs to the chemical leaching method. The materials of physical pressing production process require to be selected carefully. The oil plants should pass through the process of removing impurities and stones and then crushing, steaming, frying and pressing by screw oil press which separates the oil content from the materials. It maintains the original flavor of peanut oil and good smell, rich in vitamin E. It has long quality guarantee period and has no addictive, solvent residue and saponified matter content which are a natural green food combined the modern technology and traditional technology.
Leaching oil, on the other hand, is produced using a chemical leaching method. This process destroys many of the nutrition ingredients of the oil and can result in a product with no color or smell. While leaching oil is cheaper to produce than pressed oil, it is not as nutritious.
2. Different ingredients of nutrition
Pressed oil retains more of its nutrition ingredients than leaching oil. It has a good color, sweet smell, and nice flavor that maintain various kinds of nutrition ingredients. Leaching oil, on the other hand, has no color or smell and may have its nutrition ingredients destroyed during processing.
3. Different requirement for materials
Machine oil pressing peanut oil adopts the pure physical pressing methods to keep the original flavor and smell of peanut oil, so the requirement for peanut oil is very strict. It has to be fresh with low acid value and lower peroxide value. The price for it is a little higher.
While both pressed oil and leaching oil can be used for cooking, they differ in terms of their processing technology, nutrition ingredients, and requirements for materials. Pressed oil is produced using a physical pressing method that maintains its original flavor and nutrition ingredients, while leaching oil is produced using a chemical leaching method that may destroy many of its nutrition ingredients.
